About Us

I grew up in Lakewood and went through the Jefferson Co. school system,
Red Rocks College and Metro State College. While still in high school I worked
at a plumbing heating and electrical shop where I learned most of the skills
I use today. I worked for Siemens as a Field Engineer in their computer
division for twenty years, then Gretag Imaging Systems. During those years
I also did handyman work for friends and neighbors. After going through
several layoffs I started Joe’s Handyman Services. Over the years I have
built my business primarily through referrals from those same friends and
neighbors I’ve worked with the past 20+ years. If you’re looking for quick,
